We will then look for up to six that match, as much as possible, your parameters, and send the links. Once you have indicated your three preferences, we personally visit them to do an inspection confirming the listing details and taking measurements of the rooms. When that is completed, we send our final report to you complete with our comments and recommendations supported by up to date virtual reality 360 degree photos of the principal rooms.
It should be mentioned that this exercise, except for the personal inspections, is something you can do yourself from the comfort of your home. The problem is that in Armenia, at any time, there are between 8,000 and 10,000 listings for rent and sale, perhaps a hundred of them that would appeal to expats, and if one is not familiar with the barrios, it can be a long, time consuming process. Many of them have expired, realtors here are not the best at administration. More than a few are overpriced, some by as much as $25,000 US, waiting for a buyer to come along and pay more than they are worth. Perhaps that’s why, in some cases, they have been listed for years.
